Stemma is an app being developed for people who want to store their basic medical records on their phones. The app is called Stemma, which is a synonym for family tree. The idea behind this app is to have one stored place where you can store your health card information, including a photo of your health card, information like: your last tetanus shot, list of your allergies, list of any medications you may currently be on and even ones that you used to be on. This app will also be able to have things called “circles.” Circles will be different profiles you may have stored in your app too. For example, a profile for your kid, a profile for your wife or even your mom or dad. The idea behind this is so that you aren’t stuck carrying around multiple medical documents, list of different medications someone’s on or trying to remember your child’s health card for each doctor visit. This app would also be useful for a time of emergency, or when you’re traveling.  It is the ease of having important health information right at your fingertips.

This live video walks through the app and how to onboard. The prototype was developed in XD.
